Abstract: This is a report of work performed for the Community Geothermal Technology Program, a small grant program administered jointly by the Hawai'i Natural Energy Institute and the State of Hawai'i Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism. This project was one of five funded under the second phase of the program, which were awarded in 1988. Funds for this phase were provided by the U.S. Department of Energy, the County of Hawai'i, and donations from private business.
