Abstract
Act 48 is included under the Laws of the Territory of Hawaii Session of 1903, and approved on April 25, 1903 by Sanford B. Dole, Governor of the Territory of Hawaii. This act extended the franchise granted to the Hawaiian Electric Company, Limited to manufacture, sell, furnish and supply electric light, electric current or electric power in the District of Honolulu and elsewhere on the Island of Oahu for the term of 35 years.
