Abstract: "Puna Geothermal Venture is proposing to install and operate a 60,000 pound per hour steam boiler at the site of the Puna Geothermal Venture geothermal power plant for the purpose of testing various components of the power plant steam cycle. The steam boiler will operate over a limited period of time for a short period on any given day. This analysis is designed to determine if the proposed facility will be in compliance with the State of Hawaii Ambient Air Quality Standards."
