Abstract: | On January 5, 1989, the Minerals Management Service ("MMS") published proposed regulations to amend existing requirements regarding the valuation of geothermal resources for royalty purposes. MMS has developed informal guidelines for valuing geothermal resources. Included is the "Valuation of Federal Geothermal Resources - Electrical Generation" report (June 1988). |
