Abstract
"The proposed PGV Project geothermal well KS-13 has been designed to maximize the possibility of intersecting, below approximately 4,000 feet, near-vertical fractures which are generally aligned along the axis of the Lower East Rift Zone (LERZ) and which carry geothermal fluids for the purpose of providing geothermal resources to power the PGV Project power plant, previously approved in the Plan of Operation approved March 10, 1989, by the Board of Land and Natural Resources."
