This folder holds various laws, claims, and challenges to the Supreme Court related to the acknowledgement of the unjust internment, evacuation, and relocation of U.S. citizens and permanent U.S. resident aliens with Japanese, native Alaskan, or Pribilof Island ancestry during WWII.
