Letter from Edward P. Salsich, Chairman of the Veterans Committee for Equal Rights, to Jean A. Brunner, Commander-in-Chief of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, questioning the rejection of Sergeant Spady Koyama and Sergeant Richard Naito's applications to Spokane, Washington Veterans of Foreign Wars post.
