dc.description.abstract"On May 23, 1991, the Board of Land and Natural Resources issued Puna Geothermal Venture (PGV) a Permit to Drill Kapoho State 11 (KS-11). This permit will expire on May 23, 1992. On June 12, 1991, PGV experienced an uncontrolled steam event. As a result of this incident, the Plan of Operations for the PGV Project has been revised. The enclosed revised drilling program for the KS-ll production well dated February 7, 1992, reflects the changes in the newly approved Plan of operations."
