Collection of transcripts of telephone conversations between William P. Scobey (Executive to Assistant Secretary of War) and Dillon S. Myer (Director of the War Relocation Authority), Major Sam L. Marshall (Special Service Division of SOS), and a letter from Marshall to Scobey. The conversations focus on delays in registering volunteers and completing loyalty questionnaires, and indicate that more force needs to be used rather than allowing internees to refuse to answer.
