Attached are a memo to Colonel Scobey from the Director, War Relocation Authority, referring the letter from Mr. Hay, which was sent to the Office of War Information; and a copy of the letter from Mr. Hay, quoting an excerpt from a religious pamphlet on restrictions placed on Nisei soldiers, with a request for the real facts.
