Description

Eisenhower advises John J. McCloy of the policy for evacuation of Japanese from Hawaii, as approved by President Roosevelt. Evacuation will be for those considered a danger, and they will be placed in concentration camps under armed guard. Also advises that the current estimate of such dangerous Japanese persons is 1500 men and 50 women.
