This folder contains a speech to the New Jersey Nurses' Association. In this speech Inouye talks about professional nurses, Federal funding for nurses, areas he feels need more funding regarding nursing programs, and statistics related to the National Institute of Health's annual budget. He also mentions information on healthcare delivery organizations, current, or related nursing legislation, psycho-social aspects of healthcare and modifications to Federal healthcare programs.
