Scobey & Lieutenant Joseph Hughes at the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War, Captain John Holbrook at Rohwer Relocation Center, and Mr. Santo & Mr. Fugiama, Japanese leaders at Rohwer. They discuss the use of the Japanese-American Combat Team as a tool of highlighting Japanese-American loyalty in an effort to reduce the stigma and restrictions imposed on Japanese Americans.
