This folder contains 2 copies of a speech by Senator Daniel K. Inouye, addressing attendees through a welcome video message for the Pacific Island Environmental Symposium and the Hawaii Environmental Science & Technological Symposium held at the Sheraton Waikiki on May 8, 2000.
