Telephone call between Captain John A. Holbrook at Rohwer Relocation Center and Lieutenant Pierce on February 12, 1943 at 11:15am. The two discuss the issue of military dependents, and discuss the low number of questionnaires and volunteers from Rohwer, which they attribute to misunderstandings about the forms and reluctance to assist a government that has locked them up.
