This folder holds agendas for various state campaign planning meetings, press releases, advertising, advertising budgets, notices, a map of where political power is in the U.S. and an analysis of key Senatorial contests. The states which have populations large enough to sway elections are looked upon and various presidential elections are compared based upon who the 12 states had voted for. The hardships that Senators will face in elections are also touched upon. Also held within this folder are the legal requirements for campaign funding, Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee events, and state campaign events in 1969 and advice on how to improve campaigning.
