Summaries and updates of sixteen technical reports issued on this project are included. They cover in depth analyses of the Federal land management-related problems present at major target prospect KGRA's throughout the Pacific Rim States; financial incentives; transmission line access; substantive environmental requirements in air, water, and solid wastes; water law; and the geothermal-impacting activities of the legislative and regulatory agencies of the State of California.
