Abstract
Description
Letter from John J. McCloy responding to a letter from PFCs John Shinseki and Masao Sumi which is not included in the document, but apparently contained some sympathetic feelings toward the nation of Japan. Mr. McCloy reminds them of their duty to America and threatens them with disciplinary action. Letters from Commandant Rasmussen of the Military Intelligence Service Language School and John M. Hall are included.
