Abstract
Description
This folder contains a speech given by Senator Daniel K. Inouye to the president and legislature on the F-22 program, which is an air force program to develop a stealth fighter plane. In this speech Inouye gives reasons for developing this plane. He also talks about costs that have gone into the technology used to develop this plane and previous stealth aircraft, which had been successful in previous years.
