Memorandum to Colonel Phillips, Army Ground Forces from Colonel Scobey enclosing a report by John Terry, correspondent for the Honolulu Star Bulletin, on the 442nd Combat Team in training at Camp Shelby. The report is attached and tells in 15 short chapters a thorough story of the training and activities of the Hawaii and mainland men of the 442nd at Camp Shelby with statements by enlisted men and their officers and some of their experiences in Hattiesburg and beyond, with inclusion of many names of Hawaii soldiers.
