Element. III is the third of three elements of the proposed Geothermal Action Plan outlined in the attached Memorandum. It will be a joint State/County effort to review the adequacy of the existing noise and air quality monitoring programs. This review is being conducted pursuant to the unplanned venting 1noident on June 12 and 13, and caused residents to be affected by noise and hydrogen sulfide emissions. Includes PG&E reports.
