Description

The issue of redress for Japanese Americans who were interned during WWII is covered in this folder, along with the process for obtaining redress, and related questions and answers about the Civil Liberties Act of 1988. Also present is material relating to the background of the Japanese Cultural Center and memorial in Oregon, and material produced by Americans for Historical Accuracy, an anti-redress organization led by Lillian Baker.
