Letter from Assistant Secretary of War McCloy with two reports to the Commanding Officer of the Military Intelligence Service Language School on the state of internees in War Relocation Centers. One with suggestions on relocating internees based on loyalty and including Nisei men in a draft, and the other on recruiting Americans of Japanese ancestry for students and recommending segregating internees based on loyalty.
