01. Miscellaneous Preliminary Documents

These documents are housed at the front of drawer No. 1, and include an "Outline" (which defines how reports should be structured, as well as explaining some of the nomenclature used on various reports), and several reports on various subjects. The reports are often labelled either "Enclosure A" or "Enclosure C," which relates to the naming scheme included in the "Outline." Among the information included are population statistics, healthcare, information on relocation of Bikini and Eniwetok Islanders, other internal migration statistics, and etc. Mention is made at certain points of upcoming nuclear tests.
