Abstract
Description
This folder contains a complaint for injunctive and declaratory relief from plaintiffs who are arguing that the defendants are unlawfully using the island of Kaho'olawe for bombing and target practice since WWII. Plaintiffs representing residents of Hawai'i who desire to preserve Kaho'olawe's flora and fauna from destruction also argue that the use of Kaho'olawe does not comply with various federal and state laws that are designed to protect Kaho'olawe's environment and cultural resources. Various claims, legislation and other evidence are included in this folder, along with short bios of the plaintiffs.
