This folder contains court documents for a complaint filed against Executive Order 10436 by Walter L. Ritte and Richard W. Sawyer, Jr. The plaintiffs argue Kaho'olawe should cease to be used as a naval reservation and that bombing and target practice should end, along with the interference of employees of the U.S. government with attempts by the people of Hawai'i to defend their interests on Kaho'olawe.
