Letter to Secretary of War Stimson alleging a "very clear policy of discrimination" in War Department procedures related to employment of persons of Japanese ancestry at two ordance depots in Utah and Nebraska. States that all of the last 7 applications from Granada War Relocation Center were disapproved by the Provost Marshal General's office, and discusses two specific cases for a Masato Sera and a Mack Masamao Yamaguchi. States two reasons why the situation merits close investigation .
