This folder contains a 40-page Democratic Party of Hawai'i General Laws booklet. Memorandums of several dinner receptions, appreciation letters, Democratic Party candidate roster, Democratic State Campaign Committee contact sheet, congratulatory letters, passing notice of U.S. Speaker of the House of Representatives Sam Rayburn, letters of recommendation for selected membership on such trade missions are in this folder. Also in this folder is a notice of meeting for potential candidates and members of Executive Committee for State Fact Finding as well as progress reports and members and sub-committee candidates, a notice of the closing of 161 offices of the Veterans Administration, an agenda for Democratic Party Issues Conference, an announcement of new fundraising program "Project Victory" by the Democratic National Committee, Steering Committee Meeting of Democratic Party for Statewide Offices meeting to define its purpose, and thank you letters.
