Attached is a certification of a resolution of Riverside County [which is actually related to Item 17 of this folder, "Letter to the Clerk, Board of Supervisors, County of Riverside, California ..."]; a reply letter to the Recording Secretary, Genevieve Parlor No. 132, Native Daughters of the Golden West about Japanese American citizens in the Army; a letter to Secretary of War Henry L. Stimson from Congressman Thomas Rolph, 4th District, California, urging the Secretary's attention to the resolution; and a reply letter to Congressman Rolph from the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War expressing the views of the Secretary of War on the matter.
