Letter to Dillon Myer, Director, War Relocation Authority from Colonel Scobey, Executive to the Assistant Secretary of War, thanking him for a letter and enclosures. Attached is the letter from Mr. Myer to Assistant Secretary of War John J. McCloy, on a memorandum reporting on lack of interest among Nisei in the Military Intelligence Language School and also enclosing a letter that related an incident regarding Japanese American soldiers at Fort Riley, Kansas. Copy of the letter (no name) about the Fort Riley incident also attached.
