McCloy from Major General Osborn, Director, Information and Education Division, Army Service Forces, on the fine job Colonel Scobey (former Executive to Mr. McCloy) is doing and with attached transcript of a radio broadcast in Italy about opening exercises at the first University Study Center (in Florence) run by the Army where enrollees can get a college education. Center was organized by Colonel Scobey, and transcript mentions two Nisei from the 442nd Regimental Combat Team.
