Inouye and individuals who are interested in learning more about Kaho'olawe, and those who are calling for the return of Kaho'olawe to the people of Hawai'i. This folder also holds various NOAA reports on the reefs surrounding Kaho'olawe, and information on the environmental restoration and clean up of Kaho'olawe by the U.S. Navy and community groups. There is also information on Department of Defense policies regarding the clean up, liabilities regarding Kaho'olawe, plans of action regarding clean up, future uses of Kaho'olawe, and clarifications relating to stewardship of Kaho'olawe.
