NOT OCRed. This folder contains proposed legislation in response to the information gathered in the Native Hawaiians Study Commission's report. The draft summarizes various types of programs that are being proposed such as: Federal and state programs, reparations for Native Hawaiians, ceded lands, and Hawaiian home lands. This proposal also looks at where funding for these programs can be pulled from and previous legislative acts which correspond to the various types of programs. Also included are comments on a summary of the majority and minority reports of the Native Hawaiians Study Commission.
