This folder contains the testimony of Myron B. Thompson for the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education and Related Agencies. Thompson reviews the needs of Native Hawaiians regarding education and healthcare, states facts on Native Hawaiians regarding healthcare and education, looks at solutions to these problems, and addresses the progress already being made to solve these problems. This report also looks at Native American legislation and funding for programs which Native Hawaiians are included in.
