Memorandum from Commandant Kai Rasmussen on the topic of publicity in regards to activities of American soldiers of Japanese descent with focus on Military Intelligence Service (MIS) soldiers. Detailed discussion on the morale of Japanese American soldiers, the impact of relations with the Minneapolis/St. Paul community, participation by soldiers in War Bonds and related, the performance of MIS soldiers in combat, and the continued interest of Language School graduates in the School. Ends with three recommendations on publicity, one of which is no publicity be made regarding the Language School because of the importance of not disclosing the training program to the enemy.
