Memorandum to the Adjutant General on the return of Hawaiian evacuees in War Relocation Centers to their "homeland." The Commanding General states that an extensive study was done pertaining to the re-entry to Hawaii of the evacuees, and a policy and Board of Officers was established to review the case of each evacuee on whether to permit their return or not. Describes some of the procedures, travel priority and limitations.
