Letter to Assistant Secretary of War John J. McCloy from Dillon Myer, Director, War Relocation Authority, with comprehensive comments and suggestions for changes to the "Standard Operating Procedure for Military Police at Tule Lake Center." Proposed changes are to clarify the limits of authority of both the Military Police Commander and the Project Director, such as stating when the military police Commanding Officer can cause troops to enter the residential area to maintain order.
