McCloy from James Kyuang Dunn, Secretary of Public Relations, United Korean Committee in America, submitting a Confidential Memorandum requesting air transportation to Chungking, China for coordination of the Korean independence program in the U. S. and China, confidential memorandum is attached. Appended to the letter is a Memorandum for the Record by Colonel William P. Scobey, Executive to the Assistant Secretary of War, stating a visit to the office by Mr. Dunn and that no reply was made to the letter to Mr. McCloy.
