dc.description Memorandum to Colonel J. R. Deane advising that a significant increase in Military Police to escort west coast evacuees will be needed soon. Also states that no German or Italian aliens will be evacuated. A copy of a memorandum sent by the Secretary of War to the President is attached addressing the hostility of local people where the Japanese evacuees are being sent.
