These materials cover the violations of the United States against those of Japanese descent in Peru during WWII, along with facts, a list of documents used for the petition, actions of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, complaints regarding the treatment of Panamanian Japanese repatriates, Japanese Government and U.S. Government reactions, and statistics and related court cases that are referenced in the petition. There is also documentation of the argument of the United States Government regarding redress for historical injustices committed against the petitioners and a look at the internment of Japanese in an event of war.
