This ordinance defines the various kinds of signs that are permissible, lists rules and regulations for the use and building of signs on, or suspended from buildings in the City and County of Honolulu. There is also information on who is given administrative power or enforcement power over the signs and safety precautions for signs. The permit for a sign for Senator Inouye's campaign headquarters is also included in this folder, along with a plan for this sign.
