Letter from Paul Rusch to William P. Scobey re: Iwao Lewis Suzuki, an American of Japanese Ancestry who had briefly lived and studied in Japan. Mr. Suzuki wishes to use his Japanese-speaking skills in service of the U.S. but the military leadership has some concern about his resume, which is enclosed. Also included is communication between Mr. Suzuki and a Private Tooru Joe Kanazawa.
