Theodore Akimoto of the 442nd Infantry who appears to have "unusual ability" in the photographic filed. Attached is a reply letter to Mr. Stone Ishimaru, Poston Relocation Center from Colonel Scobey in regards to his volunteering for the armed service and his apparent desire to be utilized as a photographer.
