dc.description This folder contains materials concerning the hearings on the treatment of Latin Americans of Japanese descent, European Americans, and Jewish refugees during World War II. There is also a memorandum which includes the testimonies of various people representing the communities of those who were interned, statistics on people who were interned, along with the history of internment in the U.S. during WWII and related legislation, and a 2007 case study of wartime treatment of those who were interned in the U.S. during WWII.
