This folder contains various documents related to Inouye's opponents in the 1992 election, problems citizens had with Inouye's decisions, or the state's dealing with the H3, taxes, healthcare, etc. There are letters from Inouye's competitors which try to demean his actions, campaign or election guesses, and communication company information. The Senate Code of Official Conduct, which looks at Senate ethics rules and advisory opinions, a campaign inventory, and documents on President Bush's broken promises and flip flops are also included in this folder.
