Abstract

Description

This folder contains two speeches by Daniel W. Tuttle. The first speech was held at the 49th Annual Conference of the Inter-Parliamentary Union event held in Tokyo, Japan. Deliberations of this forum discuss crucial issues of this time between the two different cultures. The second speech is an overview of the politics in Hawai'i from the period 1954-1955.
