Attached is a letter from Assistant Secretary of War John J. McCloy to Mr. Carr thanking him for a leaflet entitled "United We Stand" from the Committee on American Principles and Fair Play which includes news clipping, quotations and a letter from U. S. Marine Pfc. Robert E. Borchers on Japanese Americans. Also attached is another note of thanks from Assistant Secretary of War John J. McCloy to Mr. Carr.
