Drawer No. 3: TT Admin. reports (continued from Drawers 1 & 2); index to "The Friend"; and "Eastern Micronesia Abstract Notes."

Documents in this drawer date from 1946 through 1948. Unlike the first two drawers in this collection, reports are divided here by district only, and not further subdivided by the various headings (Rehabilitation, Economic Development, etc.) that are present in the first two drawers. (The reports contained in drawer 3 do however include each of these categories.) In addition to the Trust Territory reports, roughly one third of drawer number 3 is occupied by an index of The Hawaiian Evangelical Association newsletter The Friend. These index entries cite articles that pertain to various Micronesian islands and subjects. The final third of the drawer contains a collection of material titled "Eastern Micronesia Abstract Notes." This is an annotated index that draws from a variety of sources relating to Eastern Micronesia.
