Abstract
This poster presentation explores the sustainability of open access for public libraries and nonacademics. It presents what is already being done in the open access movement and the challenges of the sustainability of this compared with the current access model. This poster also discusses the importance of open access in public library settings in particular, and how we as professionals can work towards a more sustainable access model.
