Abstract

Description

This folder contains information sent between Senator Daniel K. Inouye and Senator Fred Harris. There are documents that show Senator Inouye’s appreciation for certain members in the Democratic Party who showed their support and appreciation for the Congressional Dinner. One article in particular is a letter sent from Mr. Donald I. McGrew to Mr. Frank N. Hoffmann in regards to consolidating functions and activities of Senate Congressional Campaign Committees and the Democratic National Committee and how these committees can be supported from a joint research operation. One of the last articles in the folder is about how the Democratic Senate Campaign Committee is interested in the study of broadcasting and media in relation to campaign planning. What follows are details about finances in regards to broadcasting and how to create an effective plan.
